      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In our organization we´re using &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;AnyConnect&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Client for Umbrella SIG (SWG&amp;nbsp;and DNS) (&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;not VPN&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have it deployed to all the computers in the company, we all use the same rules.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On some computers when the AnyConnect client is installed, it automatically loses access to the Internet. However, the same &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;AnyConnect&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;client installed in the same way and passing by the same Cisco Umbrella rules works perfectly on almost all computers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have ping on all these computers (So we only lose access).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The certificate is installed correctly on the faulty equipment as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anything similar happened to you?&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone give me a clue as to what could be happening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also have been seeing the same issue as described since December. It seemed to mysteriously disappear, now it's back for a few users. We've gone through all the Microsoft NCSI items and I'm confident that isn't the issue at this point. I would love to know what the "solution" was here???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
