Attendant admin is unable to get licensing information from publisher.

Hello Community,

I have an attendant console version 12.0.5.1823 that showing a message of : "Attendant admin is unable to get licensing information from publisher". This message is shown on the publisher but not on the subscriber.

Has anyone seen this before and can anyone give me any ideas about how to go about fixing this?

There should be an option to test the connection under database management, have you tried that option from the pub and sub?

Yes I've tried it. here is the result form the pub

And here is the subscriber

But put and sub can get a connection to both servers on each of the Database menu pages
