If you can collect the output from debug ccsip message and debug voip ccapi inout and put it into a text file that you attach here we can look at it to see where the disconnect is coming from.

disconnecting in call transfer

In my VoIP network, calls are being routed from router 4331 to CUCM. Everything is working normally except when an internal extension transfers a call to another extension, such as their manager, the call gets disconnected exactly one minute after the transfer. Calls rarely get disconnected in one minute and thirty seconds or two minutes. I wanted to ask for your guidance on how to solve this issue

I’m not quite sure what you mean by ‘routed from router to CUCM’. Is the 4331 serving as the gateway? Are the calls that are failing when transferred PSTN calls?

Have you determined on which end the disconnection occurred - PSTN or the desk phones
