Hi,

thanks a lot for your reply ,

i have not recieve the software yet , i am in preparation phase ,

regarding item #1 , is that mean that cisco unity voice mail is bundled with Cisco Call Manager , so no need for separate Cisco Unity Server ? in other words will the Cisco Unity be integrated into the call manager ? so no need for integration configuration ?, or shall i configure the cisco unity separately ?

and i have not understood the difference between item#3 and item#4 , could you please elaborate a little bit?

Thanks in advance for your reply

Regards,

ali.

Unity and Call Manager need to be on their own server. The licensing came in a bundle. as for items 3 and 4. This license enables you to integrate your voicemail system with an email system. you can integrate an exchange server with your voicemail server so you get your voicemail to your email and your email through your voicemail. Look up Unified messaging on Cisco.com and read about it. Its a very cool integration
