      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume you want to manage the bandwidth on your link.  I've had great results with PacketShaper by Packeteer (www.packeteer.com).  It gives very granular control for TCP-based applications.  You can use Cisco's queuing methods as well, but they don't give as much control as the PacketShaper.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
