      <title>SSL Performance Issue - Urgent</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Guys ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  I need one urgent help for SSL performance . My customer is using CSS11501 and one of its services is giving problem . When one Pc is trying &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to browse a URL , System gives an error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;msg "CANNOT CONNECT TO THE CITRIX METAFRAME SERVER . THERE IS NO CITRIX SSL SERVER CONFIGURED ON SPECIFIC ADDRESS" . As troubleshooting steps i asked the following details from customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(1) show tech &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(2) Sniffer traces&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(3) logs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The sniffertrace output shows normal .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am attaching the CSS config and sniffertrace output .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arjun&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;what do you mean the sniffer trace is normal ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have the decrypted trace ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's important to know if the server sent an error message, or if the css corrupted the server response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This should be seen in the trace.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, is the same client always having issue ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it the only one ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can this client browse different webpages ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gilles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This may be a Citrix problem.  It's been a while, but I've seen this issue with Citrix farms.  I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, but you might want to look at the Citrix servers first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
