SSL Performance Issue - Urgent

Hello Guys ,

I need one urgent help for SSL performance . My customer is using CSS11501 and one of its services is giving problem . When one Pc is trying

to browse a URL , System gives an error

msg "CANNOT CONNECT TO THE CITRIX METAFRAME SERVER . THERE IS NO CITRIX SSL SERVER CONFIGURED ON SPECIFIC ADDRESS" . As troubleshooting steps i asked the following details from customer.

(1) show tech

(2) Sniffer traces

(3) logs

The sniffertrace output shows normal .

I am attaching the CSS config and sniffertrace output .

Please help!!!

what do you mean the sniffer trace is normal ?

Do you have the decrypted trace ?

It's important to know if the server sent an error message, or if the css corrupted the server response.

This should be seen in the trace.

Also, is the same client always having issue ?

Is it the only one ?

Can this client browse different webpages ?

No , different client are having this issue .

I will check if they could able to browse other websites.

This may be a Citrix problem. It's been a while, but I've seen this issue with Citrix farms. I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, but you might want to look at the Citrix servers first.

Have you checked the sniffer trace output ?

I am pasting the config as well FYI . If you

could guide me the troubleshooting steps for this issue that would be great help .
