    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My cache engine in boot process can't find disk.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after boot I can't see any disk with show disks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;command, I boot it with the last version on code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but nothing change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the cache can detec SCSI Contorler.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I define harddisk on BIOS like ordinary computer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or contorler detect them?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have any idea about this problem???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;       &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a hardware failure unless the hard disk is a non-Cisco unit.  You will need to open a TAC case to resolve this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
