Cache Engine booting problem

Cache Engine is getting hanged up and is not communicating. After restarting 3-4 times the same error message(every time) I got is- --

open failed: /flash/image errno=0

Error loading file: errno = 0x0.

Can't load boot file!!

Further if i have to install fresh new bin file then what bin file i shall install,

CE model no. is CE-550 and software version was 2.31

The CE 550 has been listed under the End Of Sales / End of Life Plan . So I am not sure of the latest release.

The latest release for the Content Engine is 3.1.1

You could use the Software Advisor to find the file that best suits your requirements.
