I just did a reboot of a 4480 running 1.1(1.1.0)

and it took just over 2 1/2 minutes from the time I typed the hit the "y" to proceed with the reload, until I saw the login prompt. After it passes the "initializing memory" point, are they any other delays, or are messages constantly scrolling?

Hello,

I am currently having 2 GSSes at different location, they are both active, my question is, whenever I reboot the GSS it took about 10 minutes before it shows me the login promt. Anyone have any idea? Is that normal or something I need to look into? I read in Cisco website and can not find any documentation that regarding about this reboot take so long. Thanks

Thanks, I am using 4490, and I also have 4480 as well, the 4480 did reboot faster than the 4490. I did a reboot today and still the same result. Anyone have any idea? Thanks
