I am attempting to use a CE565 for unicast in multicast out stream splitting. I have the Unicast In Unicast Out working but can not get the Multicast Out. Basic setup is a Windows Media 7 Server encoding to port 1111 with a broadcast publishing point called station1. I also setup a broadcast alias in the CE called station1 that points to .asx file created when I setup the broadcast point on the Windows Media Server. I have also setup a Multicast Station on the CE called mcstation1 set a multicast address; port; and media source which is the .asx file from the Windows Media server. When I enter the CDN URL for the multicast station on the content engine Windows Media player opens then generates a file not found error. A sniffer trace shows that the CE565 sends an HTTP 404 error.

Has anyone out there successfully setup Unicast In - Multicast out using ACNS 5.0.11? If so would you share you configuration?

Have you seen bug CSCdx64276? Changing the mtu should resolve the issue
