ACNS 5.1 poor performance

I am pre-positioning content on my CE. When I pull directly from the CE on the same subnet - the avg. response time is 14 seconds. Has anyone else seen this?

This could be normal. I have seen that the response time is low, when new content is requested by clients. Looks like it takes time to cache content and then provide it.

if you are pre-positioning as you said, there is no need to first get the content to deliver it.

it is already there.

So if you still need assistance, I would suggest to capture a sniffer trace in front of the cache to see what is going on.
