      <title>ACNS 5.1 poor performance</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am pre-positioning content on my CE.  When I pull directly from the CE on the same subnet - the avg. response time is 14 seconds.  Has anyone else seen this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This could be normal. I have seen that the response time is low, when new content is requested by clients. Looks like it takes time to cache content and then provide it. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
