Content Accelerator 11000, Software Upgrade

Could I have some advice on

1/ How to work with serial IP address for software upload

2/ How to TFTP or FTP s/w to the Content Accelerator. (I tried using IP address for PC ethernet and Accelerator Serial (Console?), within the same sbnet. Can not ping, Can not tftp.)

you can't upload software through console.

You can run the command 'copy to flash' on the serial(console) but the transfer is done via ftp or tftp using the ethernet connection.
