    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am having Cisco CSS 11506 and have configured the following commands on it:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;flow-timeout-multiplier 12,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;advanced-balance sticky-srcip &amp;amp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sticky-inact-timeout 480 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for a particular VIP but the CSS is not doing Load Balancing on the physical servers connected below as defined in the service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The load balancing happens when i remove the above three commands.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly help resolve the issue as i have to keep the above commands and yet do load balancing???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; Hi Tapan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you upload the rest of the configuration ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you doing any NAT process?(groups)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has this ever worked before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to ping/telnet the servers from the CSS?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the default gateway of the servers? Can you ping the CSS from the servers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jorge&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
