    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What excactly does the format button do in the gui ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CE 505, 2.51 code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does it wipe out the entire disk including the OS or does it simply format the cache section of the disk ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brian&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Okay, I just tested this in the lab and this 'reformat' button will only unmount, format and mount the cfs partitions. The command leaves the dosfs partition alone and the config is not modified or erased.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
