Hi,

Thanks for support. Now I am able to access inGUI mode.

I have one more query. I have a website and its domain is registered with godaddy.com and subdomain www.abcd.com is deployed in our Datacenter and its A record is pointing towards our GSS installed in our Datacenter.

Now I have my DR center started and for that there is a replica of this subdomain www.abcd.com is in my DR and there is also a GSS installed( for which I have taken help to get this on GUI). How can I configure my DR GSS to work as a failover with DC in context with subdomain www.abcd.com

it would be a great help.

Regards,

Anil K.

Hi Anil, If both GSS

Hi Anil,

If both GSS appliances are part of the same cluster, they will share the same GSLB config. Thus they will both respond to DNS "A" queries that are received on their configured interfaces. So both GSS devices are active at all times and will answer requests (providing the DNS rules and answers are up). The primary and secondary GSS are used for configuration changes/managing the cluster. So, providing that both your primary DC GSS and your DR DC GSS are part of the same cluster, both will have the same config and will respond. You would want to configure your answers in such a way that the DR IP addresses would be given out in the event the primary answer is down. Perhaps look at a ordered list.

Regards,

Alex
