Is it possible what client connect to real server on ACE router mode??

ace configured just "rserver", "vlan", not "serverfarm","class-map","policy-map"

I don't think so, but you can setup the server farm with just one server in it, but then you still need a Virtual IP address, so cannot connect directly to a real server, have to use the VIP as far as I am aware.

It is possible. Serverfarm and VIP is an add-on on top of plain traffic routing. However, ACE is a bit expensive for using it as just a router. (-:
