Hi,

Is it possible to create WAAS network using two ISR 4300 series, i mean as i understand ISR cant be CM in WAAS, can use WAN optimization without WCM ?

Hello Kamran,

I have this issue too. If I understand properly from Cisco doc that there must be wcm installed and it can be installed on vmware hypervisor too. But it is not still clear to me whether that wcm can be installed on any vmware hypervisor or it requires ucs server where vmware hypervisor will run.

Regards

Hi Saimun,

Please refer to this documentation : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/app_ntwk_services/waas/vwaas/vwaas-641/vwaas-install-config/v-intro.html#76353

And refer to table 1-16 and/or 1-17 for supported hypervisors.

Best Regards
