We are trying to installing Wass-accelerator 4.4.3.bin file on WAE SM-SRE-710-K9

Hi All,

We are trying to installing Wass-accelerator 4.4.3.bin file on WAE SM-SRE-710-K9 module from FTP server but we are unable to install and got some error.

Router1#service-module sm1/0 install url ftp://user:password@10.22.1.132/D:/Ankit/WAAS/waas-accelerator-4.4.3.4-k9.bin.install.sre force

%Error: Couldn't open ftp://*****:*****@10.22.1.132/D:/Ankit/WAAS/waas-accelerat or-4.4.3.4-k9.bin.install.sre.install.sre

Execution of script waas-accelerator-4.4.3.4-k9.bin.install.sre.install.sre failed, installation aborted

Hi Mohammed,

It says it can't open the FTP connection.

Don't think you can specify "D:" as part of the URL.

Check this out : https://www.cs.tut.fi/~jkorpela/ftpurl.html

Try copying from another ftp client (a router or another PC, with FTP client), to verify the syntax.

also remember you firewall.
