WAE 474 disk problem

i have a problem and not found any information.

i search support sites, generally wae problem raid problem etc. disk01 or disk00 corrupted problem.

my wae have just one disk and problem was there my opinion. when i use cms command fail.

WAAS(config)#cms enable
sh: /sw/merlot/bin/spen: No such file or directory
FAILED to enable management services
WAAS(config)#

and this is disk detail.

WAAS#show disks details

disk00: Not used (*)

(*) Disk drive won't be used until replaced.

Hopefully you have a support contract on the device (otherwise get one). I think you are going to need TAC for this one.
