Hi,

I received a cache engine 590 running 5.1.5 and bios 3.0c. I dont have the admin password. How can I reset the password.

When rebooting I did not even see the option to enter the boot flag.

I refered this web site

but with no help when selecting any key.

If I recall the option to change the boot flag is via console during the bootup it pauses an issues a counter for you change the boot options, the recovery procedure is now in the ACNS 5.X documentation

I used it a month or so back when I set the passowrd on Friday night during some testing and the couldn't remember Monday morning!
