Looks like file system is corrupted. It could be related to disk issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As Kanwal suggested, output from "sh disk details" would be hlepful to understand if disks are online and any file system issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Saran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you could see, the disk has failed and no file system is mounted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should replace the disk , install the bin image and then try to upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Install recovery image.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anil.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
