      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The official line (if you want support, etc) is a CM is essemtial. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you just want to tinker with a couple of devices in a lab, and just &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;love &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;the commend line&lt;SPAN __jive_emoticon_name="silly" __jive_macro_name="emoticon" class="jive_macro jive_macro_emoticon" height="1" src="https://community.cisco.com/4.5.4/images/tiny_mce3/plugins/jiveemoticons/images/spacer.gif" width="1"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, then physically it would work without a CM.
