    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have not getting the WAAS CM UI through any of the browser. We have tested with IE 8 and Google Chrome Version 22. Please find the below device details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Device Model: WAE 674&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Software Version: 5.1.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are getting following message in browser and not getting the log-in page after a hour also. We are not facing any issue with telnet or ftp access to the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Loading CM UI login page...&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea why this behaving like this..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Regards,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ranjith&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its looks like a bug &lt;A href="http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&amp;amp;bugId=CSCud77164" style="color: #3366cc; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;"&gt;CSCud77164&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have tried to restart the cms service but no luck. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kindly suggest how we can&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;disable LCM in the CM database?
