      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, the standby CSS will not bridge/switch traffic.  I believe the link-led's will actually light up, but nothing gets through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
