    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Dan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ntpdate will give you this error when ntp server is already configured. ntpdate is used to synchronize the clock once when you issue this command. If you disable the ntp server config by doing a no ntp server &amp;lt;&lt;IP address=""&gt;&amp;gt; and then issue the ntpdate command then you will not see this error.&lt;/IP&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kiran.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
