Everything is working fine except the the intial issue was fixed partially .what I mean here is I can save a file from office A to&amp;nbsp; office B ( file server located in location B ) over the WAN.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Soofi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.1.5f addresses all the known (at least by me) issues with saving documents.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think you will need to open a TAC case or disable cifsao, or potentially try what's new in 4.2.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Choice is up to you, I can't recommend one way or the other.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Marcin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We need some additional information to troubleshoot this here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What is the error seen on the client?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What are the client and server OS versions (including service packs)?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition, it would be nice to have:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;System Reports from both WAAS devices taken right after the error is seen.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The IP address of the client and server.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Working and non-working (i.e. with and without WAAS) packet captures from the client.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Zach&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
