Hi Gregorio,

Looking through the sysreport it appears that there is an issue with resource starvarion (perhaps memory) on the WAE. We can do a couple of things here:

1. Upgrade to latest 4.1(7) release and see if the problem reoccurs. This will ensure that we are running with all of the latest bug fixes. The downside is that if the problem doesn't reoccur, we may not be able to come to a 100% root cause.

-- or --

2. We can try to debug the issue on the current 4.1(3) version. This will require some assistance from you to run some scripts, wait for the issue to occur again, then collect and provide some information to us for analysis. The downside is that you are pretty much guaranteed to have additional service outages. The upside is that we are more likely to get to a definitive root cause.

I'll leave the choice up to you. Let me know how you would like to proceed.

Regards,

Zach

Its a very busy office with 2 x 7341 devices. Unfortunately we are running WCCP from 7204 routers and using hash as assignment mechanism:

KM-UKLEE-WAE-0G02 java: %WAAS-CIFSAO-4-131001: (169653) worker pool isn't healthy

What does this refer to ?? Does it required TAC assistance do you think ??

Thanks,

Paul
