All other connections use the TCP MSS settings. This setting will not be needed after WAAS 4.1.

Hope that helps,

Dan

There is an option to specifically define the CIFS mss within the WAAS command line. Is this option not inherited from the Global TCP settings? Why is there a separate parameter? Thanks.

Looking at the 4.1.1c code, I don't see a tcp mss command. Is this replaced by the mtu sub-interface command?

You should be able to find the TCP MSS settings under the following area in the GUI:

Device/Configure/Acceleration/TCP Settings:

Hope that helps,

Dan
