Ports used between Central Manager and Waas

Hello,

I need to know which ports I have to open in a firewall to register Waas ( in wccp) in Central Manager. I have seen that I only need to open TCP 443 port. Is it correct?.

Hi,

However WCCP is not being used from/to Central Manager !

WCCP is being used locally for redirection, and will probably not go through a firewall ?

Otherwise you'll need to open for the WCCP establishment (UDP port 2048) plus (dependant upon redirection/return method) optionally GRE.
