Can't ping epson printer on the network

Hi guys,i have some challenge ,I have two sites my HQ and Branch office.i can't ping a printer IP address located at my branch office from HQ LAN,meanwhile for me to reach the printer i configured static NAT on the Branch Router in order to translate the physical IP address (LAN) to the virtual IP address of the Epson Printer.

I can ping the Branch LAN from HQ.

NOTE: From HQ LAN in order to reach Branch LAN (Printer) traffic passes through Checkpoint firewall-core router-branch router-printer but now traffic stops at the branch router yet users from Branch LAN can reach HQ without any issue

Please check Default gateway on the printer.

Put default gateway on printer as you did for other systems in Branch office.

Hopefully, your error was fixed, I know it is kinda off-topic but I had an error regarding an Epson printer which I borrowed from my friends, I the error message said Epson Error Code 0xf1 .
