TAC engineer suggest me turn off nagle on CSS-11151-AC, but I can not find such command and parameter on it, the operation software is 5.00 build 69

Could someone help me to confirm it?

I don't think nagle plays a role on the css11000.

We have nagle functionality and commands to turn it on or off on the SSL module for the CSS11500.

But the CSS11000 has no ssl module - so no nagle algorithm.

If the engineer insist, ask him to find the command.

What's your case number ?

Honestly I think you got sent in the wrong direction.

Could you please send me the trace file that you sent to the TAC engineer so I can see the problem that you have.

For your information, I also contacted the manager of the team handling your case to escalate the problem.

You should also received new information from the TAC engineer.
