      <title>"Outgoing proxy failures"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently my local Users browser setting was pointing to this CE and we have another outgiong proxy CE at another location. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had tried the ping to the Outgoing CE and response is pretty good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PING 10.192.0.9 (10.192.0.9) from 10.192.128.8 : 56(84) bytes of data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;64 bytes from 10.192.0.9: icmp_seq=0 ttl=253 time=66.5 ms&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;64 bytes from 10.192.0.9: icmp_seq=1 ttl=253 time=65.3 ms&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;64 bytes from 10.192.0.9: icmp_seq=2 ttl=253 time=65.8 ms&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;64 bytes from 10.192.0.9: icmp_seq=3 ttl=253 time=65.3 ms&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;64 bytes from 10.192.0.9: icmp_seq=4 ttl=253 time=66.0 ms&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also noticed that the Failures was increased a lot and the error message was displayed "No Outgoing_proxy available" when i did the debug http proxy. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sh stat http proxy out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                      HTTP Outgoing Proxy Statistics &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                  IP      PORT    ATTEMPTS    FAILURES&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;          10.192.0.9        81         69         26&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was impacted to the Local Users when they access to internet. The local users are encountered the intermitten problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Leong&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
