    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;does it crash all the time, or is it a one-time issue ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Dead on Arrival" means you can't do anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it crashes continously, I would request an RMA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, it may well be a one-time issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gilles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
