      <title>Finesse, my Agent state in color and big</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;we have UCCX10.6 and are migrating to finesse.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Agents complain that it is hard to see the own status.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My idea is to show the status of the logged in agent in a CUIC live data report, with a bold green bar for ready, with a bold red bar for not ready.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I managed to change colors and text in the Agent Team Summary Live Data Gadget.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If someone can give me a hint how to filter this report to show just the logged-in Agent that would be fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If there are other solutions for displaying the own status in a easy viewable way you could make&amp;nbsp;my day.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am from germany, so please excuse my english.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It might be easier to look at the call gadget and just modify the CSS to change the display of the state.&lt;/P&gt;
