    <description>&lt;P&gt;I solved the issue, it was down to a corrupt bootflash.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone else had this issue I followed the below procedure:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Take a ‘show run’ of the ASR920 config&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Insert a USB stick into the Cisco ASR920 (usb0:)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Copy the IOS from flash: to usb0:&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Format the bootflash directory: (format bootflash:)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Write the config that is already on the Cisco ASR920&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Copy the IOS from USB to Flash: (copy usb0:asr920igp-universalk9.03.18.06.SP.156-2.SP6-ext.bin flash:)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Checked show run to ensure the ‘boot system bootflash:asr920igp-universalk9.03.18.06.SP.156-2.SP6-ext.bin’ is still there&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reload the device&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Ensure bootup and the correct IOS has loaded via ‘show version’&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
