ISR 4221 ipbasek9 not showing permanent

Hi !

my cisco 4221 doesn't show the ipbasek9 as permanent. Earlier it's version was 16.10.3a but downgraded to 16.9.5

Attached is the screenshot for the same. what is the process to get the license permanent as it should be there by default,i guess.

Thanks for reply, but another 4221 in my production is running on 16.9.4 and shows ipbasek9 as permanent

As per your orginal post you have downgraded, so License might have erased if you have SKU install again .

kindly help me in doing so. What is the process/command for this. I am also unaware of SKU stuff as well

Do you have backup License before upgrading ? if not you need to request again from cisco license team license@cisco.com
