We had a working phone system with a t-Com box from Deutsche Telekom and we are installing a new Cisco 2921 CME configuration. We can get in coming calls but we can't make outside calls. The call is getting to the telco and then being dropped. I have spoke with the telco but can't seem to find a person that can tell me why the calls are being dropped by the telco. Can anyone give me any ideas as to what to try next? I am in desperate need of some help on this.

Regards,

Dan
