Hello,

I wonder if there is a way to prohibit users from emptying out their voicemails from the deleted folder?.

Also need to know if there is a tool for grabbing voicemails off of user's vm box.

You can "fish" out voicemails with this tool:

As for limiting deleted items, Im not sure. There is no retention for deleted items in CUC like there is on Exchange.. but I could be wrong. In Exchange, when a person deletes an item, then empties the deleted items, Exchange still keeps a copy buried deep in its log files. (IE Recovery deleted items).
