      <title>Internal calls to phone not ringing while on call</title>

      <description>User 1 is on external call, internal user 2 calls user 1, user 2 hears ring for 10 seconds then voicemail picks up. When caller 2 is dialing user 1, user 1 does not see user 2 is calling at all.  This only occurs when user 1 is on another call.  Customer is using old versions of cme and cue.  I feel like this is something simple, but I can't seem to figure it out.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you have configure under &lt;B class="cCN_CmdName" style="font-weight: bold"&gt;call-forward noan&amp;nbsp; &lt;/B&gt;command? 10 sec? Can you please post the config at least of the phone you are having problems with?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As well as the &lt;B class="cCN_CmdName"&gt;debug callmonitor&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp; to see what´s going with the call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide exact call flow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;calling number, called number, exact time of the call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
