Have Internal Error on voice gateway.

R3925-VG-2: 453401: 302439: Feb 9 21:20:40.346: %VOICE_IEC-3-GW: TCL_IVR: Internal Error (Get infotag failed): IEC=1.1.180.2.31.0

R3925-VG-3: 185683: Feb 9 21:28:42.630: %VOICE_IEC-3-GW: SIP: Internal Error (ACK, dest sdp null): IEC=1.1.96.7.25.0

What happened?

Hi,

This error usually means that the IVR script is not able to correctly route the call and this , most likely, is a diapeer matching issue.

As Tagir suggested, please post a show run and please also attach the output of a show call application session.

is it vxml server connectd to cvp server ?
