      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This error usually means that the IVR script is not able to correctly route the call and this , most likely, is a diapeer matching issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As Tagir suggested, please post a show run and please also attach the output of a show call application session.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
