topic Phone Bluetooth to SURFLINK MOBILE 2? in IP Telephony and Phones

I've got a hearing impaired customer with a bluetooth enabled hearing aid. It interfaces via this thing called a Surflink Mobile 2 by Starkey. It works fine for iphone and android phone bluetooth connectivity. They can take calls, place calls, etc.

But I've been unable to get it to work with the Meraki MC74 or Cisco DX80. In both cases, it pairs, but doesn't register incoming phone calls, and can't go off-hook.

Has anyone had any luck with this device? Or any other suggestions for hearing aid connectivity? I'm thinking maybe USB to some other adapter? I would prefer a solution for the Meraki MC74, but I could make the Cisco work if needed.

Thanks

Were you ever able to get the device working? I have a customer that wants to purchase one of these surflink devices for her hearing aids but I can't find anything on compatibility with Cisco phones except for your post.
