Does the Meraki MC74 support wifi network connectivity? The datasheet lists wifi frequencies, but I can't find it clearly confirmed in the documentation. Thanks!

I don't think so. The installation guide only mentions wired network connectivity.

For what its worth, it does have Wifi hardware, just not implemented in the operating system in any way.
