Send session records to an email address

I have a requirement to configure the CUCM to alert administrators in the event of a session records system failure. I am fairly new to CUCM and we are running 8.6.1. I have no idea how to send these records to people or where to go to in CUCM/RTMT/CLI to configure this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "session records system failure"?

Email alluring can be configured from RTMT, simply point to your SMTP server and specify email addresses.

Thanks, I look forward to hearing what they say. I have spoken with everyone i know and most people tell me its not possible. My thought is why? If all the phones disconnect and reconnect every 3 hours wouldn't that be considered unsafe because of the loss of primary communications. Such a strange requirement.
