Hi all,

I have the following issue:

An external, incoming call is redirected (on a IP-Phone) to 3-party voicemail. The problem is, that there is no redirect-calling nummer (should be the local internal-nr.) in the information to the voicemail.

I need the redirect-nr information for the voicemail.

Here the ephone-dn settings (2999=>voicemail):

ephone-dn  167

number 2407 no-reg primary

label number(2407)

description 0xx/xx.xx.xx

name number 7

call-forward all 2999

call-forward noan 2999 timeout 3

Here the Voice-mail dial-peer:

dial-peer voice 11 voip

description ** VOICEMAIL **

destination-pattern 2999

voice-class h323 1

session target ipv4:192.168.x.x

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

codec g711ulaw

no vad

Can I somehow set the redirect-nr (local) under the ephone-dn or do I have to do some changes under the BRI0/0/0?

Can anybody explain me what the "extract_redirect_orig_called_ie: IE type redirecting num none reason..."

debug output means?

Here some debug from the ISDN (Switzerland):

000254: Oct 22 17:01:25.928: ISDN BR0/0/1 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8  callref = 0x47

        Sending Complete

        Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A3

                Standard = CCITT

                Transfer Capability = Speech

                Transfer Mode = Circuit

                Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s

        Channel ID i = 0x8A

                Exclusive, B2

        Facility i = 0x91A1130202008002010F300A0201010A0101A1028100

                Protocol Profile = Remote Operations Protocol

                0xA1130202008002010F300A0201010A0101A1028100

                Component = Invoke component

                        Invoke Id = 128

                        Operation = Diversion Leg2

        Progress Ind i = 0x8083 - Origination address is non-ISDN

        Calling Party Number i = 0x0181, '0819262410'

                Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown

        Calling Party Number i = 0x0181, '0819262410'

                Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown

        Called Party Number i = 0x81, '320'

                Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown

000255: Oct 22 17:01:25.928: ISDN BR0/0/1 Q931: extract_redirect_orig_called_ie: IE type redirecting num none reason 15cnt 1 plan -1 type 0 pres 1

000256: Oct 22 17:01:25.940: ISDN BR0/0/1 Q931: TX -> CALL_PROC pd = 8  callref = 0xC7

        Channel ID i = 0x8A

                Exclusive, B2

000257: Oct 22 17:01:26.152: ISDN BR0/0/1 Q931: TX -> ALERTING pd = 8  callref = 0xC7

000258: Oct 22 17:01:27.228: ISDN BR0/0/1 Q931: TX -> CONNECT pd = 8  callref = 0xC7

        Channel ID i = 0x8A

                Exclusive, B2

000259: Oct 22 17:01:27.296: ISDN BR0/0/1 Q931: RX <- CONNECT_ACK pd = 8  callref = 0x47

000260: Oct 22 17:01:27.296: %ISDN-6-CONNECT: Interface BRI0/0/1:2 is now connected to 0819262410 N/A

000261: Oct 22 17:01:29.784: ISDN BR0/0/1 Q931: RX <- DISCONNECT pd = 8  callref = 0x47

        Cause i = 0x8090 - Normal call clearing

        Progress Ind i = 0x8288 - In-band info or appropriate now available

000262: Oct 22 17:01:29.784: %ISDN-6-DISCONNECT: Interface BRI0/0/1:2  disconnected from 0819262410 , call lasted 2 seco

nds

Any hints?

Thanks an regards,

Norbert

First, the message in debug isdn, it is due the telco is placing the call, with a ROP operation and the calling number twice. Not sure if this is related to the below, do all call come in this way that is a bit strange ?

Then if the voicemail is not seeing the redirecting number, can you take "debug cch323 all" to chek what the router is sending>
