    <description>&lt;P&gt;Its possible to change the background on the handset, you can put your company logo here (and it looks great!)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This depends on the handset you are using&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For example for a 7945 handset...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to use image editing software (possible in MSPAINT)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need two images -&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;320 x 212 pixels 16 bit Colours&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;080 x 053 pixels 16 bit Colours.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So you need to company logo image in these formats.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You then need a list.xml file that references these and then upload the 3 files to Call Manager.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That's the rough procedure...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
