Are you using CUCM? What is the alerting name configure under the member
DN. Where is the outgoing call routed? Is it to PSTN.

What forwarding are you configuring on the particular DN? Also, can you
check if the CSS of the line group member can dial the partition of the
particular DN

Hello All,

A customer requested that calls to one DN be routed to to other DNs, if not answered by the first number called. I set up a hunt group for 4 DNs (using a line group, hunt list and hunt pilot), which appeared to have worked but I observed the following, which I need help with:

- Calls between the DNs in the line group do not ring on the particular DN being called, instead it rings on another.

- Call outbound the DNs in the line group does not show the caller ASCII Alerting name, instead the DN is seen.

I need some help, please.

Hello Mohammed,

Yes, I am using CUCM and the outgoing call is to a DN within our Call Manager. The Call forwarding configured on the directory number is same as is configured for all DNs within the call manager and the CSS can dial the DN's partition.
