This should do what you're looking for.

voice class sip-profiles 1
request INVITE sip-header TO copy "sip:(.*)@" u01
request INVITE sip-header SIP-Req-URI modify ".*@(.*)" "INVITE sip:\u01@\1"

You can test this and other sip profiles here: https://cway.cisco.com/tools/SipProfileTest/

It would have been helpful if you would have read through the document that was shared. You are trying to modify the To header

voice class sip-profiles 2
request INVITE peer-header sip TO copy "sip:(.*)@" u01
request INVITE sip-header SIP-Req-URI modify ".*@(.*)" "INVITE sip:\u01@\1" >>>> replace "SIP-Req-URI" with "To", obviously without the inverts.

If it does not work, take the following debugs with the config in place -

debug voip ccapi inout
debug ccsip mess
debug ccsip info
debug ccsip feature sip-profile

Till then you can try above solution

Hi Jeese

Just wanted to understand , do you want this behaviour only for this number or for all calls.
If for all calls then you can use header-passthrough feature of cube.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/voice/cube_sip/configuration/xe-3s/cube-sip-xe-3s-book/voi-conf-pass-thro.html

"To" header is SIP is never used for call routing. Request URI is used. What you see is correct. This is how SIP works and not something that Cisco implements exclusively.

Hi jeese

As Nipun mentioned correctly "To" header is never used for cube routing, but as a workaround you can apply sip profile on inbound traffic and copy "To" header to "Request-URI" and then do the routing.
This might help " https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/voice/cube_fund/configuration/xe-3s/cube-fund-xe-3s-book/voi-sip-param-mod.html"

Rate if helpful
