Thanks Aaron,

We did all recommendation available:

- Remove / Reinstall

- Upgrade to latest version 8.6.4.0 (Normal version wich working on others is 7.0.6)

- deleted some registry keys that we are aware of related to cmmunicator

Issue still on exist, 2 instances so far.

Any Cisco Experts advise before replace the PC as last option.

Regards

It's not something I've seen

It's not something I've seen specifically but it is a Windows app - I would:

- Try running it with right click/run as administrator

- remove/reinstall it.

Also check you have the latest version available from CCO.
