CUCM to FXS port connected via SIP one way audio path and no ring back tone

Hi everybody

I have integrated an ISR 4331 with FXS ports connected to CUCM 11.5 via SIP .The issue i am facing is When i make an call from CUCM endpoint to the FXS extension i am not getting ringback tone in CUCM end ,but the FXS extension is ringing and when answered it has one way audio path , When i try to dial from FXS port to an ip phone in CUCM end the call is not getting established .Have attached the Show run output from ISR 4331 ,kindly give your valuable guidance to overcome this issue.
