Route Pattern 'Numbering Plan' and 'Discard Digits' fields grey out

Hi,

I am configuring a CUCM 12.0 and trying to add a route pattern.

Just found that the "numbering plan" and "Discard digits" fields of the route pattern are grey out.

Is there anything to do with the Australian dial plan which I just installed.

Hello,

This sounds normal. You will need to type first the pattern you need to create and for example by the minute you enter a dot on this pattern (9999.) you will notice that on the discard digits you will have various options like: predot, no digits, pre-at etc.

Hi,

You need to enter a pattern to unlock numbering plan field. Also, the
pattern should have a '.' to unlock discard digits field.
